Students and Parents,

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome all of you to Grade 1. I have designed this classroom blog to keep you involved and up to date with all the new and exciting events and classroom activities that we will be engaging in throughout the school year. You will also find that I will be posting a variety of educational resources for both students and parents, which I encourage you to explore as I feel they will help make the school year that much more beneficial for each and every one of you!

To the STUDENTS...
Grade 1 is going to be a very enjoyable year and I look forward to working and getting to know all of you. This year will be filled with many exciting events, activities, and learning opportunities and I cannot wait to begin our journey through Grade 1 together!

To the PARENTS...
As I strongly believe that communication is the key to a great parent teacher relationship, and is very important for your child's academic and social development, I encourage you to contact me at any time if you have any questions or concerns. I hope to be able to work with you and your child in reaching his/her full potential as we will have many opportunities and experiences to learn and grow together throughout the school year. I thank you in advance for taking part in your child's learning process and I hope you will find this blog very helpful and beneficial for both you and your child!
